RedBeard is located in picturesque Trentham in Central Victoria, Australia - 75 minutes from Melbourne. RedBeard was founded in 2005 by brothers John and Alan Reid, who between them have 23 years experience in artisan sourdough baking and Scotch ovens. RedBeard's licensed cafe is open daily and offers visitors a seasonal menu maximising the use of local, organic produce, plus excellent Fairtrade coffee.
