I, like I'm sure many of us, enjoy a good cooking show, and I've noticed that they generally fall into two categories: there are shows like Cooking with Julia Child, and then there are shows like America's Test Kitchen. My blog (hosted on Blogspot) is more about baking sourdough as a practice, tradition, and thing-to-be-thought-about rather than a blog full of recipes and instructions (there are already a great number of good ones out there!) I hope that you'll take a look and add to the conversation about the meaning behind baking bread!
