Hi to all baking friends in this welcoming community.
I love baking, especially breads, I started my sourdough starter 18 months ago and now I am able to make consistent batches of nice bread. However I would still like to know where could I buy a variety of bread baking flour, I noticed that the sourdough website has listed products but could not see flour. Of course the big and small super markets have a lot available, I want to know what the enthusiast, passionate and professional bakers like yourselves are using. Look forward to response.

I notice you are in Australia. I used to live in Melbourne and my preferred baking flour there was Kialla Pure. They sold organic stoneground wholemeal and organic unbleached of which I used both. It was for sale in lovely 20kg cotton sacks that you can keep and reuse for all sorts of things. It was available at many organic and natural food grocers there. The kialla website has listings of retailers. It is worth trying other brands and making the choice for yourself. Australia has some wonderful mills. I recommend you look at this post from 2008 by JohnD. Great stuff. Best of luck.
