An odd redirect

When I go to SourDom's "A starter from scratch" page http://sourdough.com/blog/sourdom/beginners-blog-starter-scratch and I open this link http://sourdough.com.au/forum/topic/54 in another tab this is where it takes me http://sourdough.com.au/install.php?profile=default

I have enclosed a partial screen capture of the page it takes me to.

I don't know if this is a redirect from a bad or dead link or what.

Please let me know if my computer is acting funny or if anyone else has this same issue.
