Hi Everyone,
As I mentioned previously I have been baking sourdough for 12 months now and am starting to feel very comfortable with it. I have been reticent to post any photos until now but this loaf just looked so good I had to share it. It is Dan Lepards' "white Leaven Bread" from his book The Handmade Loaf" which I can thoroughly recommend.
