Here's a video you can find in Gallery filmed by Maedi showing Dom (Sourdom i suppose) transfering his dough in the lecreuset dish. simple idea, so efficient! Just use a dusted plastic mat and slide the dough in the dish. no more balancing the dough on parchement paper!!
