This was my results from todays bake!
All were made with my newly aquired starter from Graham at Companion Bakery in Oatlands, Tas.
I have been feeding this starter with Wheat Montana's Prairie Gold white whole wheat flour.
The bottom loaf was made with Light Sifted Flour from Callington Mill also sent by Graham.
The other two were made using King Arthur's Unbleached Bread Flour.
We really have been enjoying the taste we are getting from the Callington Mill flour!

Yeah, they look great and wonderful crumb too. About as good as you can get I reckon. Love it when the bread dimples.
