i am passionate about healthy eating. I believe sourdough bread is one of the nicest and healthiest bread.
I have never made sourdough bread before. I usually make traditional bread, I use mostly spelt flour and sometimes combine it with other flour. Add sour yoghurt and indeed produced a delicious bread.
I wish to know how to start making it.
Have been told I can make my own starter I was wondering if you could guide me on how to start my journey with sourdough bread making.
