Strong wheat flour in Perth

Hi everyone!

Don’t know whether here is the right place to ask, I am a foreigner and not familiar with the flour suppliers in Perth. I want to find a place to buy strong wheat flour to make these soft breads. I used to buy from Woolworth, but the strongest I can find contains just 12% protein. I then found one from Chinese food store with 13.5% protein, the quality is very good but it is only with 1kg package. I’m seeking for a supplier who sell wheat flour with high gluten, at least 13.5% protein and not located too far. I’ve heard about All about bread but it is too far for me to buy it. I appreciate for all advices or comments and please forgive me if I said something wrong.
