Can I revive a sourdough starter hidden in my refrigerator for 10 years by feeding it. It looks creamy white with a brownish liquid at the top? I have not had the nerve to open it. Do I try to bring it back or do I toss it?

Wow! That's such a long time.
Start fresh and toss this old one which has had lots of opportunities for contamination and would most likely give you food poisoning.
