Must say I just love this site. Been baking regularly with sourdough for about 8 months now and use this site often to try out new recipes. The Sourdough Pitta recipe on here is superb, results are a nice soft and tasty pitta that are easy to fill and make a great packed lunch.
I am currently looking for a sourdough baguette recipe, a straightforward, easy recipe without too much fuss. Can't be doing with all that fuss that is sometimes incorporated into the recipes, I get just as good results without it.

I'd love to say thanks as well. I started getting into sourdough a few months ago and this site as been invaluable! I've now tried a few recipes and they've all turned out really well. It's also great to see how friendly and helpful everyone here is. Thanks again for running such a great site. :)
