Not sure if anyone here remembers me from years ago as the annoying question asker just starting out with baking? I've just returned home to Tasmania after 2 years of travelling and researching bread on the mainland and overseas, and wanted to jump on and say a big thankyou to everyone that helped me to get started. The knowledge you so generously shared set me on the path, and taught me what i needed to know in order to learn more!! I will be posting a gallery shortly of the developments of the last two years, and would love any feedback! I hope to soon join the baking community down here full time, and would love the opportunity to talk to local bakers of real bread! thanks again:)

danubian - thanks for the feedback, have been working hard at it for a fair while, so loving the results! your input helped immensly!
Maedi - I will look at coming up next week, am very keen to check it out! what time are you generally baking, would love the chance to see the process if I wouldnt be in the way!

The bakery is closed Monday and Tuesday. We will be doing night bakes until our cool room is installed. We are baking tonight and will have fresh bread out tomorrow morning. You're more than welcome to come up today, tomorrow or during a night bake.

I see you've revamped the site, it looks really good, with lots more contributors also, well done.
I work wednesday to sunday, but will try and arrange to come up for a night bake shortly if that is ok?
