my wkend bake with spelt and rye. still mucking around with the water thing. the crumbs could be a little bit softer. other than that, the spring is good.

hi

the smell is always good. even after a few days, it still smells strong and good. whenever i open the box, there's a rush of this lovely smell out.

so tp, when u coming over to get your spelt?

Nah....S'pore is too near. I'm going to get some from the UK.

Seriously, someone from UK who's coming over has kindly offered to get some for me.
