Graham or Maedi,
I just came across a site mentioning that Graham and the Companion Bakery are to be featured on SBS's Gourmet Farmer series. I've been watching the show every week, but have tuned in late on a couple of occasions. Hope I haven't missed the part where your bakery is featured! I'm thinking it may be this week, since Evans mentioned last week in briefly previewing the following week's show that he would be 'baking my own sourdough bread'.
Could one of you pls get back and advise when the Companion Bakery segment is coming up - or whether it's already been and gone in an earlier episode?

Yes it's the next episode (this Thursday 7:30) coming up that Graham is featured. At the time of filming, our bakery was not yet food-ready so the episode was filmed at a friends house.
I can't wait to see Graham on TV!
