Was given this recipe by my ex mother-in-law. Does it sound right or do I need to modify it? Have been making bread in a breadmaker and am now wanting to do it more traditionally.
Can't hurt to try it. I realised after a few failed attempts that I was too worried about what might happen. You learn a lot more by giving sourdough a go and seeing what happens.
