The bakeries section of Sourdough Companion features artisan bakeries from around the world that use traditional methods, organic flour, hand shape & natural fermentation etc. Oddly though we're missing bakeries from the sourdough epicentre!
Does anyone know of any bakeries in the California region that may be suitable for reviewing? If you're interested in posting a review on a bakery, please let me know.
