Next summer we are holding the fifth in a series of baking events in the UK.
The weekend of 01 July 2011 in Bethesda, North Wales a group of dedicated bakers will gather to bake and share ideas together. Very low key, all standards, shared costs.

Just think, in the middle of Australia's winter, you could be baking in the middle of our summer (you might not be able to tell the difference!)

If anyone is interested in coming to this event, I'm just starting the serious planning.
We're not far off 30 bakers and have to draw a line somewhere so if you want to come check out the blog and contact me soon.
