I have left over beer barm...yes that's real beer barm from a local brewery....I didn't use the entire quart jar of it...can I feed it like a sourdough starter....or will that make it bitter...or should I toss it and go get the fresh stuff they so generously give out to bread bakers? Thanks

As I read it, you might try but you might just end up with nothing in time or a sourdough culture depending on how it goes.
