For some reason ... my bread dough is sticky .. after it's rise ... so when i bake it is does not rise properly ... should i put more flour in before rise help .....
There could be any number of reasons and without more detail it is hard to be specific.
You do say 'after its rise' which, I assume at the moment, means that it was not sticky during kneading/dough development. On that basis, it is possible that the dough has been over-proved.
If you can give details of your recipe, the method that you used, the time that the various stages took and your room conditions then it might be possible to be more helpful.

Whatever you do, don't despair.
