I did it!! Elsie B's first offspring is twins, baguettes. They rose beautifully and they've got the crispiest crust I've seen in years! All without one smidgen of grain of commercial yeast. This is humbling, I can make real sourdough bread, God help me. Wow!!! When I can finally take a picture, I will.
