I have to share this, yesterday evening I finally baked a bread that looks (good crust and great crumbs, and taste like a real sourdough! I'm thrilled especially since I thought this is not worthwhile due to the time commitment. I must say I struggle a bit with the need to attend to the dough every hour but of course that's now all forgotten and I've just put another batch on.


Farinam thank you for your support, help and posting tips and hints, they helped a lot!

Will post how this loaf will turn out and hopefully will post some pics
