Has anyone ever used these in anything? I once used barley flakes in my granola but they didn't crispen very much. How would spelt flakes be in bread, along the lines of an oatmeal bread?
I don't believe I've seen spelt flakes here, but I bought some quinoa flakes recently and added them to oat porridge. I should try adding them to bread.
