My name is Abhigyan Singh and I am from India.
Today is my first day in bread baking and also for sourdough bread.
I made the starter with equal amounts of water and whole wheat flour.
I took 180 ml of water and whole wheat flour.
How many days should I keep on putting in flour and water to get the starter ready?
What is the ratio of Flour and starter to make sourdough bread?
Kindly suggest as I am a beginner and dont want to waste too much of flour.
