I'm doing it again. Making Sourdough bread and swapping it for stuff as art. I wrote about the last event here:

Come down and say hi if your in Sydney.
Between the evening of Friday the 23nd of September and Sunday the 25th of September you can exchange BREAD for STUFF on the forecourt of Old Customs House at Circular Quay in Sydney.
It will be long fermented Sourdough bread made on site, by me, as part of the Art-Is-An Bread series.
You can also exchange money for a selection of Ready-mades that have been generated as part of this artwork. Each object will come with a certificate of authenticity, a signed photographic print of it being made and rights to high resolution digital copy of the photograph.
This will be the last opportunity to participate in the Art-Is-An Bread adventure till our grand finale (which except for the wrappings on the Kangaroo Doner Kebabs might be bread free) in early April next year in Canberra.
You can find out more details about this edition of Art-Is-An Bread at the City of Sydney Art and About Website: http://www.artandabout.com.au/projects/contested-landscapes-art-meets-sc...
