When I replied to your earlier post (re starter) it did not give the option of attaching photo. So, I have posted this picture so you can see my starter in its bowl. The volume is at its peak because it was fed about 4 hours prior to the photo. I think in the top left of the photo you can just see the shower cap that I put over it. Cheers Chris

Many thanks. Yes, my starter eventually looks like that now (at it's peak). I now use smaller containers and seal them. Started my first 2 loaves this afternoon. Slow proving in the fridge. Will post photos, if they turn out OK.
