I have seen these fully manual bun divders come up secondhand on ebay and other places. Has anyone used them? Do they work well? And the big question, can you buy them new? To me they look ideal for knocking out two or three dozen rolls to take to mates BBQs over the summer.
Sorry about the poor quality of the photo.

I used to work in a bakery in melbourne. We used one of these to make hundreds of hotcross buns.
now i have a small bakery i would love to get my hands on one.
any chance you have any better pictures?
or anyone else seen these in the wild?
It is old fashioned but still very useful and gives the best result as my grandfather who owns a bakery has it, but I have never tried it. Try to visit infinity jewelry .
