Hello everyone. I have been baking bread for about a year now. However I am just starting with Sourdough. I started 3 days ago. It all looks very good. I have some questions:-
1. How many days do I feed it for before I use it?
2. Initially, how long do I put in the fride for, before I use it for first use
3. Can someone point me in the right direction for a recipe to use. I usually make a 500gram loaf

Have a look at SourDom's beginners blog on establishing a starter culture - he also gives links to a recommended recipe for first time use (Pane Francese). That should get you started successfully.
