This loaf just came out of the oven.
I baked two loaves which were made of same dough. The other one is not good as this.
I baked this loaf later with a little increased heat, so accumulated hot heat might have made a difference , I think.
I covered this loaf with a stainless bowl for the first 15mins.
That looks really nice.
I'll have to try the cover bowl method instead of a steam pan. Thanks for sharing. M
