Received a brilliant beginners book today - Wild Sourdough by Yoke Mardewi. It has been around for a few years, but is very straight forward and recipes are in step by step form. The roast vegetable tart (sourdough pastry) is awesome - good enough for any cafe!!!

I agree it is a great book and love the simplicity. It has answered a few of my questions. I mainly make the spelt casalinga loaf bread or the rye. She now has new book called Sourdough.
