Via via I'm on your site, and it's very nice to see how many there are fanatical bakeries in Australia. Certainly the discovery of this forum is very special for me. Sourdough in the Netherlands hardly used, and unfortunately not in the bakery of my father. However, given my interest at the bakery competitions. The first thoughts I have been through the forum and hope a lot to learn. The expanded beginner tutorial is for me an ideal start to this passion to persevere.
