Here are some photos of my first attempt at making sourdough bread.
The starter that I used is the Sourdough Starter described on this site here.
Not too bad I think, just maybe a little bit dense.
Tastes great though!

Looks ok to me, as long as it tastes good that's the important thing.
Which bread recipe did you use, was it one of the Pan Francese from this website?
