lunch or break time snack

i always look forward to my afternoon  break time after an early morning start off with work. it is satisfying to eat what you have baked .. and this is how i enjoy my toasted bread with half an avocado drizzle with cold pressed coconut oil and balckstrap molasses. added some crunch of toasted sesame seeds.

yes, it was. sure thanks to all great bread bloggers sharing their recipe and experience. made it possible to enjoy bread again. i stopped eating bread almost 15 years cos too much sugar in a normal bread. since i discovered sourdough bread over the internet. and learnt about their qualities, i started to enjoy braed again. and thanks to all my friends they love it too. give me more opportunity to learn from lots of practice.
