Rustica Sourdough delivers a beautiful range of artisan breads, baked fresh from our Brunswick St bakery. Head Baker, Brenton Lang, prepares sourdough using time-honoured techniques to craft breads with exceptional flavour and texture. The breads can be enjoyed at the Brunswick St café or soon to be purchased from a retail outlet near you.

But it’s not just about the bread. The Rustica Sourdough café is also a great place to stop for a meal, with a complete breakfast menu and wide range of fresh sandwiches, freshly baked pies, stone-baked pizzas and delicious treats.

Rustica Sourdough is committed to slow cooking. We endeavour to prepare all ingredients and menu items on-site from our Brunswick St cafe from the chilli jam to the meat pies.
