Hello everyone I'm k new here. Been basking for two months now and my starter was fine until 3 days ago. After taking it from fridge and feeding it it starter to rise but noticeably slower. Since that I keep it out but before that situation it took around 6hrs to proof now it needs over 12 and consistency of starter is bit different. I'm baking bread today using it so really worried about effect. I've been feeding it with different flours and it was fine until i started feeding it with shipton mill Canadian flour. Could it be the problem?
