Liquid on bottom & smells like vomit


Hi! I started my starter two days ago. I used  4oz organic all purpose flour and 4 oz filtered water. My sour has grown and has a significant amount of bubbles, but its starting to smell more like vomit and now has liquid on the bottom. What should I do? I know it's alive because it's growing, but I don't know if I should take caution, do something different, drain the liquid, or just stir. Any suggestions?
