Hi Folks,
I love sourdough. I found a pamphlet at a garage sale that has the best recipies for sourdough I've ever found. In the book it says additional copies can be ordered from: N. M. May, Rt 1, Box 42, Dayton, Or. 97114. It was published in 1970. I could find no more information.
Using this book I have been able to make some of the most delicious breads around. I have also made pancakes, waffles, breads, cakes and our personal favorite english muffins. With these recipies anyone can make a starter, keep it going and, enjoy it year-round.
If anyone is interested in a recipie let me know and I will post it here.
