Hi all, this is my first post on this excellent forum.
I have been baking 1 or 2 loaves of sourdough per week using different combinations of flours for about 6 months with some great results.
I recently read about the health benefits and superior flavour of Einkorn flour My problem is, I have only been able to source Einkorn from Melbourne, the postage cost being more than the cost of the flour. It cost me $58 for 3kg delivered
if anyone knows of a supplier in Brisbane, I would really appreciate it if you could respond with the contact details.
