this is my first attempt at making a sourdough starter. I was following a recipe I found online. Between day one and day two there was not much of a rise. This morning I woke up and it popped the lid off the jar. The picture I posted here is 5 hours after this mornings feeding. It's seems to be rising very quickly. Am I doing something wrong? I live in Canada and my house is on the cooler side
