If you are anywhere near Boonderoo Farm in the King Valley in Victoria, you might like the sourdough course this weekend as they have a few places left. You get a lot of hands on practice over the two days, not to mention lovely food during the course and bread to take with you, deep in a very very beautiful part of Australia.
