If anyone here has eaten a good torta from mexico you will probably know of the bolillo. Used from all over mexico.
My question is if anyone knows of a good recipe for these guys. I know they are a white bread so it cant be too hard of a job, I just kind figure out if they are different or whether its just something new for me and maybe it is just a plain white bread.
If anyone has any information on this i would love to hear it.
