TROIS PETITS PAINS...
is looking for someone to take over our bakery located in the
pictoresque village of St julien de Jonzy in Saone et Loire.
We work using only natural sourdough starter, organic flour and raw
sea salt, completely by hand and then bake in a recently rennovated
wood oven
There is a shop, a reserve and a laboratoire with a total surface of 120m2
The CA in 2011 was 75000
