Beginning 2020 November 13 I am wondering why my loaves are splitting so bad. I am using a recipe that has me let it rise overnight 6-12 hrs, then punch down, shape and allow to rise 5-6 hrs, bake 350'for about 50 minflavor is great but doesn't look so greatthoughts?Category: Sourdough Baking Fave up134 users have voted.
