New to baking

Hi,

My wife and I just acquired a starter from our niece. Apparently it’s a 100 years old . We love to cook, but have never really done much baking, however we love sourdough bread and pizza crusts . We are traveling back home now with our starter in a small jar and when we get home we want to get started. We want to lean the craft of sourdough bread making and amazing sourdough pizza crust. I’m not sure if this forum is the place to be to learn but our niece suggested we get on a sourdough forum to learn. I hope someone can help us.
