Hi,
I am new to baking sourdough and I made my first loaf last week which was complimented on and gave me great encouragement being a rookie.
I purchased a load of Stoneground Strong Unbleached White Flour rather than Strong White Roller-milled flour, does anyone have a sourdough recipe that they can recommend, to enable me to use up my Stoneground Strong Unbleached White Flour, please?
