Hi
I'm looking for advice from anyone who has constructed an Alan Scott wood fired oven here in New Zealand. I'm a keen sourdough baker and keen to go to the next level. I can't seem to find anyone in New Zealand who will construct an oven from scratch. Instead there seem to be a lot of people selling prefabricated ovens that look like the would be only good for Pizza.
I'd be grateful for you any advice on offer.
