Making breads multiple times right now, rather than trying new ones, and, with frenetic spring cleaning ongoing, I am eating out. First visit was a restaurant, an artisnal pizza place, in Bethesda, Md. Right on the Metro and great sourdough breads and pizza crust. Massive and beautiful oven. Details on the oven and oven lust.
