Hi everyone! I'm very new (just created my starter last month) to the world of sourdough and am LOVING it! I don't know why I didn't try it years ago. I bought a used clay baker yesterday at a garage sale for 2 dollars. I made my first loaf today and it came out beautifully! I had to increase my recipe to make a larger loaf and only guessed on the time and temperature. I must have guessed right! :) I want to make more already. Does anyone else ever feel that urge? lol

What clay cooker is it.? Romertopf??
Did you preheat the clay baker or cook from cold.
