I've just joined the forum after reading it for ages.
I have a bag of Shipton Mill Swiss Dark flour in the cupboard, and have no idea what to do with it.
Pab posted of a recipe, but I can't find the link in the search.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be used for?

Does it mention on the bag what type of grain it comes from?

No, but according to their web site, it's wheat.
