Hey all , new member Chuckwagon here from Melbourne, Australia. Love the site and love Sourdough. Just got a loaf cooling as we speak. Just doing my apprenticeship I guess - my loaves still need work. They're improving all the time, though. Want to say a BIG "Thank you" to David at Noisette in Port Melbourne. Wonderful guy, gave me some of his starter, took me for a tour of the bakery there and didn't mind critiqueing my bread - he was full of praise and helpful advice. Guys like him and shops like Noisette need (or is"knead") our support. BTW - his sourdough olive loaf is awesome! Greetings to all.

Although this is a late welcome chuck, I'd still like to say, Welcome! to the site.
I visited noisette for the first time last week and demolished a traditional baguette with my dad. Brilliant!
