kamut, hard red wheat and soft white??

Hello there,

I am looking for a supplier of organic hard red wheat grain and kamut grain as well as a lovely sifted /soft white flour. I have used Green Groves white flour, which is good but not sifted enough to get a "light white"...anyway if anyone has any suggestions that would be great,
